TD Cowen lifted Strive’s price target to $56 from $44 after the firm’s bitcoin holdings rose to 35,595 BTC, worth about $2.9 billion, up from 28,000 BTC at end‑September. The increase of nearly 7,600 BTC in two weeks exceeded the quarterly forecast of 4,750 BTC, driven by purchases of 3,311 BTC on Tuesday and 2,822 BTC on Wednesday. Strive also expanded its SATS preferred‑share offering to 7 million shares at $90 each, aiming to raise $630 million to fund further bitcoin buys without adding common shares. The offering is set to close Oct. 20 and will reserve cash for 18 months of dividends. ASST shares fell 6.6% to $23.96 on Friday but remain up over 38% year‑to‑date. Analysts Lance Vitanza and Jonnathan Navarrete noted the purchases surpassed their quarterly projection, and Strive’s treasury now ranks fourth among public companies, just ahead of MARA’s reported 35,77 BTC.
