Is 1.30 the line for $XRP right now? On the 4H chart it's trading at 1.3037, down about 2.5% on the day, and it keeps pressing on 1.3088 without getting through. The 1.2891 low has held every time so far.

RSI is around 34, so it's weak but not totally washed out, and MACD is still below zero. If it can get back above 1.3088, 1.3534 is the next spot to watch. If 1.2840 goes, I'd stop calling this a bounce.
