Bitget’s $352 million hack is confirmed. Your $ETH and $BNB cold wallets are safe; 19 transactions were made from the hot wallet.

The team investigated with SlowMist and Mandiant. It wasn’t a private key leak—the backend system was compromised to forge signatures. The method was identical to the one used in the earlier $1.5 billion Bybit hack, with the usual North Korean hacker fingerprints suspected.

$ETH is now at $2,408.79, down 1.88% in 24 hours; $BNB is at $720.88, down 1.66%. The market hasn’t collapsed, and the value of separating hot and cold wallets and self-custody is clear once again.

For practical risk management, prioritize invalidation levels. If a private key leak or cold wallet issue comes to light, the previous assessment is void. Without that signal, don’t make rash moves—wait for the facts to emerge.

Do you think $ETH $BNB will rally on this positive news or keep falling? Reply 1 if you’re bullish, 2 if you’re waiting for confirmation.
