Yemen has entered its most dangerous escalation in four years, following the collapse of the 2022 truce.

Where are the battles taking place now?

▪️ Bab al-Mandab and the western coast: broad advances along the coast and clashes around Mokha and Dhubab, and a direct threat to international shipping in the Red Sea.

Humanitarian situation - catastrophic:

▪️ More than 200,000 displaced people in just two months, according to the United Nations.

▪️ 800,000 people in Taiz were deprived of aid.

▪️ Hospitals in Taiz and Marib are receiving hundreds of wounded daily and there is a severe shortage of medicines.

▪️ Food prices have risen 50% and fuel 300% in conflict areas.
