Bitcoin treasury firm Strive plans to raise another $130 million through its SATS perpetual preferred stock offering, in addition to a previously announced $500 million IPO. According to NS3.AI, Strive plans to sell 7 million shares at $90 each, revising its earlier plan to offer 5 million shares at $100 each. The company said the proceeds will support bitcoin purchases and business growth, and may also be used to buy Strive's Class A common stock. The offering is set to settle on October 20, 2026, and the fixed-rate cumulative dividend will remain at 15% of $100 per share.
