Tokenized U.S. stocks have always been missing a piece on-chain: pools price assets by guesswork and get drained by arbitrage whenever volatility hits. Metric has launched its DEX on $ETH, BNB Chain, and Robinhood Chain, replacing that model with an oracle-anchored propAMM.
First announced by @BNBCHAIN on October 14: on-chain users can trade bStocks directly through @metricxyz and provide liquidity. On October 15, Metric officially announced that metric.xyz was fully live across all three chains, supporting swaps, liquidity provision, and custom pools. CryptoBriefing reported that the contracts had been deployed on BSC (chain ID 56), Ethereum, and Robinhood Chain. For pricing, the protocol uses external feeds such as Chainlink Data Streams instead of relying on the token ratio within a traditional AMM pool to “act as its own oracle.”
The official site still lists Zellic and Sherlock audits, as well as cross-aggregator routing. The team previously reported cumulative volume of over $10B during its stealth period, and the site now displays an even larger figure—treat it as self-reported for now, not as audited trading volume. Unlike the October 15 post about bStocks surpassing $1B in AUM in four months, this is new trading infrastructure, not a rehash of the same thing.
