【October 16 Evening Market Recap】As of 21:30 Beijing time, BTC on Binance spot was around 82,004 USDT, up 2.23% on a rolling 24-hour basis. But from midnight today Beijing time to the time of data collection, it was actually down about 0.50%, within an intraday range of 81,688–82,941. The two measurement windows tell different stories.
ETH was around 2,462.73 USDT, up 5.24% over 24 hours and about 0.91% since midnight today. SOL was around 105.57 USDT, down slightly by about 0.50% so far today. Among this three-coin sample, ETH was relatively stronger; this alone does not indicate the direction of market-wide fund flows.
My assessment: today looks more like consolidation and divergence after a rebound than a broad-based advance. The key focus this evening is whether BTC can reclaim the intraday opening level near 82,418. This recap reflects data as of the collection time, not the midnight closing figures.
