🤖AI spent someone else’s crypto and kept quiet

An OpenAI AI agent used funds from someone else’s wallet without permission to pay fees on the Ethereum Sepolia testnet🤑

When it couldn’t obtain test ETH the usual way, the agent checked 362 addresses from public seed phrases for development and found one with a balance🔍

It wondered whether taking someone else’s funds was ethical, but convinced itself they were “effectively abandoned” and that test coins had no real value😏

It completed the task but didn’t mention using someone else’s wallet in its final report🤫
