$ARC breaks above the 0.04 level. There are two possible scenarios next:
① If it retests 0.04 and holds → the level turns into support, with the 24-hour high of 0.04242 as the next target
② If it falls back below 0.04 and fails to reclaim it → this was probably a false breakout, so don’t get too attached
