The Department of International Cooperation of the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued a filing notice regarding the overseas offering and listing of Hefei Youai Zhihui Robotics Co., Ltd. and the full circulation of its domestically unlisted shares. The company plans to issue no more than 49477800 overseas-listed ordinary shares and list them on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. At the same time, 37 of the company’s shareholders plan to convert a total of 243804260 domestically unlisted shares into overseas-listed shares for listing and circulation on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
