Ladies! ZEC’s rebound looks strong, but don’t get carried away!

First, think through the key question: Is this a trend reversal, or just a brief recovery after a sharp drop?

$ZEC surged from 1073 all the way to 1254. That’s a substantial short-term gain, and quite a few people are already calling it a bull-market reversal.

But take it from Sister Dun: a rebound after a big rally doesn’t mean the bearish trend is over! A true reversal requires prices to stay firm and continue strengthening—not surge higher and then churn sideways near the highs.

Looking at the chart, the current price is around 1226. It failed to break through after reaching 1254 and has already started to pull back. The MA5, MA10, and MA20 are tangled and crossing each other; although the MACD has just turned positive, this is merely a short-term recovery—not nearly enough to call it a strong bullish trend.

Sister Dun’s view is straightforward: this is just a rebound after a deep drop, and it’s too soon to call it a trend reversal ✅
Keep a close eye on the 1240–1254 resistance zone! If the price rebounds to this area and bullish momentum fades, it will most likely weaken again.

📌 Trading plan: Consider a small short position in the 1240–1254 range; first target: 1210, second target: 1200. Set a stop-loss above 1258.

⚠️ Risk-management rule: If there’s a high-volume breakout above 1254 and the price holds there, don’t stubbornly hold your short position—cut your losses immediately and reassess!
