Looking at the market, the bounce came with no real increase in volume. Selling pressure emerged around 1408, and it never even reached the key resistance level at 1420. Plus, the bearish news hasn’t been fully priced in, and the bulls simply don’t have the strength.
As usual, use the bounce as an opportunity to go short. Look for short entries in the 1380–1400 range, with an initial target of 1320; if that breaks, look to 1280.
