Binance #ALPHA launches NeoSoul (DNA) today at 16:00 (UTC+8)—quite an interesting name. The airdrop threshold starts at 245 points; each person gets 400 tokens for 15 points, first come, first served. The pool has around 10 million tokens, or 25,000 allocations, so there’s enough to go around. The threshold drops by 5 points every 5 minutes.

So, can this DNA get moving?

1️⃣ Project Overview

An AI Agent project in the BNB Chain + 0G ecosystem, aiming to build the operating system and trust layer for the Agent Economy.

Core products:

  • NeoTrade: An execution layer for trading Agents. Users can create trading Agents that run continuously on perp DEXs, with an emphasis on user custody and verifiable execution records.

  • EvoEvo: A network that enables Agents to learn from real market outcomes, evolve themselves, and build verifiable reputations.

The $DNA token is primarily used to pay for Agent services, Skills, data, and more. Official website: neosoul.ai. Official contract: 0xA9███95AEA0724e███223B███c5CF7b (BEP-20).

Honestly, I’m getting a little tired of hearing about AI Agents. Trading Agents have been hyped for almost a year now, and it’s getting a bit boring.

A quick introduction to 0G: $0G (Zero Gravity) is decentralized infrastructure / an L1 for AI, providing on-chain computing, storage, and data availability services so that the work of AI Agents can be verified and audited. NeoSoul explicitly positions itself within the BNB Chain + 0G ecosystem.

2️⃣ Team and Investor Background

Co-founder Kaelan Yiu (@kaelanyiu) states on his X bio that he is ex-HashKey. HashKey is a Hong Kong-licensed virtual asset exchange (SFC-licensed). His X account shows activity in the Hong Kong / Southeast Asian crypto scene, with posts in both Chinese and English. It is most likely a Chinese-founded project.

Funding: In August 2026, the project completed an $11M Pre-A round. Investors include MH Ventures, Amber Group, ArkStream Capital, 0G Foundation, Kirin Capital, CatcherVC, and New Oak International. Some sources also mention an earlier seed round of around $4M, putting total disclosed funding at approximately $11–15M.

Amber Group is a well-known digital asset market maker and wealth management firm; 0G Foundation focuses on decentralized AI infrastructure. The project’s backers are relatively solid for the AI Agent sector.

3️⃣ Token Unlocks and Holdings

Total supply: 1 billion DNA (fixed).

TGE initial circulating supply: 130 million (13%):

  • Marketing: 60 million

  • Liquidity: 40 million

  • Ecosystem: 20 million

  • Airdrop: 10 million

The team (10%), investors (approximately 16.825%), Treasury (10%), and Advisors (2%) have no tokens unlocked at TGE; tokens are locked for 12 months, then released linearly. Ecosystem has the largest allocation (approximately 36%), with gradual unlocking starting in month 4. It will be fully unlocked around month 39. The team’s subsequent unlocks are also tied to KPIs (Believe Plan).

Low initial circulating supply + long lockups for the team and investors make this a relatively favorable structure in the short term.

4️⃣ Pool Price / Pre-Market Price

Public liquidity data for the official contract 0xA991... on major DEX aggregators is currently very limited, and differs from the prices mentioned in many community posts.

The high-volume DNA/USDT pools shown on sites like DexPaprika correspond to a different contract address (0x94e6…), not the official contract.

I personally checked the PancakeSwap pool price, and it was 0.04. At that pool price, today's Alpha reward per person would only be $16, which is obviously absurd.

Binance Alpha is the first listing, and other second-tier exchanges will also list it later today. The opening price will be determined jointly by Alpha and multiple CEXs, so the pre-market price is of limited value as a reference and volatility risk is high.

Assuming Alpha rewards start at $30, the opening price is extremely likely to be pushed above 0.075. That would put the corresponding FDV at just $75 million, with a circulating market cap of a mere $9.75 million, so it would be easy to pump the price.

5️⃣ Negative and Unfavorable Factors (with Sources)

  • Crowded AI Agent sector: There are many projects with similar “Agent trading / Agent economy” narratives, and their differentiation will need to be validated over time through products and data. This is a sector-wide risk, not unique to this project.

  • Confusing early price data: Liquidity for the official contract on public DEXs is unclear, while tokens with the same or similar names are also being traded. This can easily lead to price misjudgments or interference from copycat tokens.

  • Some Marketing tokens are circulating from TGE, and airdrop tokens are also being released over time, creating some potential short-term selling pressure (the tokenomics document explicitly states the TGE circulating supply breakdown).

  • Some early community participants have said that their airdrop eligibility did not meet expectations (contributions such as testnet participation were not fully counted), and there have been scattered complaints. This is relatively common with Alpha projects.

🦭 Summary and Practical Takeaways 🦭

It has a real product, clearly disclosed funding, and a relatively reasonable structure of low initial circulation and long lockups, so it is not a project with no substance. The AI narrative, Alpha debut, and simultaneous listings on multiple exchanges provide some basis for short-term hype.

With such a small initial circulating supply, a sharp short-term surge is highly likely. I’ll watch the opening price closely and set my sell order at 0.075 in advance. If it surges to 0.125, I’ll hit sell without hesitation—I’m not greedy.

These are all personal opinions. Please DYOR!
