$INJ 's +25.76% can easily be read as a breakout. But against the backdrop of a 1y gain of just +1.99%, this coin has essentially gone nowhere for a whole year, with its momentum concentrated in the past 30 days. What’s really happening may not be the start of a trend so much as capital rediscovering a price range that had been abandoned for a year.

On the data side, 24-hour trading volume is $316M, more than twice the average for the past 30 days, and the price surged from $7.07 to $9.26 with barely a pause. This kind of volume isn’t something retail FOMO can generate on its own; it looks more like directional liquidity flowing back in. But with 82% still separating the price from its ATH, the question remains: is this the first stage of a reversal, or just a technical recovery after being oversold?

The level I’m watching more closely is $8.05-$8.10. After a surge on heavy volume on October 14, the price pulled back to $7.66 and was then pushed back up, suggesting there really is buying support below. If this is a genuine reversal, a retest shouldn’t break below the $8 psychological level. If it can’t even hold $8, then this is a textbook dead-cat bounce—heavy volume, a low price, but no narrative to support it yet.

So what’s most likely to overturn this interpretation isn’t a drop below $8, but volume shrinking below $150M while the price keeps rising. Once that price-volume divergence appears, short-term capital is exiting, and the evidence for continuation versus reversal will need to be reassessed. Which variable would you watch first to invalidate the bullish case for $INJ : volume, or the $8 floor?
