$ICNT |Breaking through the 0.14 level
Before looking at capital flows, first understand psychological price levels.
Previous highs and lows are the most common key price levels: past experiences of being turned back or finding support at these levels can influence decisions when the price returns to them.
Many people use these levels as anchors for risk management: which side of the level to enter on and where to set a stop-loss are more practical considerations than guessing whether the price will rise or fall.
Indicators can be inaccurate, but stop-losses shouldn’t be skipped: deciding in advance what to do if your judgment is wrong matters more than whether your prediction is right.
