Here’s the detail that matters: these transactions were processed through offchain tunnels, not directly on Sui’s main blockchain. CertiK is reviewing the test data for independent verification. This is not the same as proving the mainnet can process 40 million transactions per second.
Sui also announced a $30 million investment in DATA Network, which plans to move its AI-training-data protocol onto Sui and use Walrus for storage.
