1) Substance: Is this real progress, or just an announcement?
2) Token supply: Will there be new releases? Could the supply increase?
3) Usage: Can active addresses improve afterward?
$ETH is currently at 2433.77, up 0.98% over 24 hours. This is fairly routine; just noting it for now.
What the price has already factored in is unlikely to have much room for a second wave of hype.
