Bitcoin’s one-year realized volatility has fallen to 43%, entering the volatility range of S&P 500 constituents.

According to Grayscale’s latest report, Bitcoin’s one-year realized volatility is currently 43%, down from as high as 81% five years ago. This sharp decline in volatility could ease traditional investors’ concerns about the extreme swings in crypto assets. However, markets are still digesting hotter-than-expected inflation data, and macroeconomic uncertainty has not gone away.
