Thailand’s crypto ETF regulatory framework takes effect today: initial assets are set to be $BTC and $ETH , with passive management, custody, and risk disclosures all covered.

Taking effect doesn’t mean products are already listed, but the door is now open. Here in Southeast Asia, compliant channels often do more to determine where the next wave of real money comes from than “signal groups.”

The strongest impression I had while doing my master’s in Singapore: once an ETF framework is in place, the discussion shifts from “Can I buy?” to “Who can issue and sell them?”

Which do you favor: Asian ETF channels, or keeping your eye on fund flows into U.S. spot ETFs?
Reply 1: Asian channels look more promising
Reply 2: Still watching U.S. capital
Reply 3: Both—keep a diversified radar
