【Market Flash】Bitcoin treasury company Strive has completed another round of accumulation, purchasing 2,822 $BTC in a single transaction for approximately $235 million.
According to its disclosure filing, the purchases took place from October 12 to 13 at an average price of approximately $83,300. The funds came from warrant exercises: investors exercised warrants for 13.67 million common shares, generating $369 million in proceeds, with a cumulative participation rate of 94%.
Following the purchases, Strive's total holdings reached 35,595 BTC, making it the world's fourth-largest Bitcoin treasury company.
