In the futures market, look at structure before direction.

Whether to take this trade—the funding rate is more honest than the candlesticks.

Futures only care about three sets of numbers. Everything else is noise.

1. BTC 82384, 24h range 79800-82634, change +0.76%.
2. BTC notional open interest: $7.76 billion, 24h +2.01%
3. Account-wide long/short ratio: 1.50

My take: The funding rate is 0.0052%, near zero, and the long/short ratio is 1.50. Leverage hasn't picked a side. If the market hasn't picked a side, don't use high leverage to pick one for it.

Execution range (based on current price ± structure, not an old chart):
- Momentum zone: consider chasing only above 83,043; without a break above, it's a false breakout
- Buy the pullback: 81,395-81,890; don't buy if it breaks below this range
- No-trade zone: if the 1h candle closes below 80,901, skip this trade

My position: I only buy pullbacks, not breakouts. If the structure holds, I can keep a core position; any add-on must wait for the pullback zone.

When meme coins aren't outperforming BTC, are you still holding them?

Takeaway: BNB Chain fees are low and it attracts a lot of momentum traders. When liquidity pulls out, the market cap is just on paper.
Thought: ETH is weaker than BTC: capital is contracting, so pause right-side altcoin trades for now.
