$BTC testing 83,562: breakout or pullback?

CriptoNoticias reported that MSCI is changing its rules and preparing to remove Strategy because it is not an “operating company.”

The $BTC pair is trading at US$82,414, with a 24-hour range of 79,800–82,634 and a volume of US$1,840M. EMA20 is at 82,423 and EMA50 at 82,929; the 4-hour trend is bearish and RSI14 reads 48.7. $STRK (+13.3%) and $NEAR (+9.9%) are also moving.

My take: if institutional funds start withdrawing from MSCI, it could reduce large investors’ exposure to BTC, which smells like short-term bearish pressure to me. The news has not yet been confirmed.

In the bullish scenario, a close above 83,562 would invalidate resistance and open the way to 84,972. In the bearish scenario, a break below 81,034 would trigger the next support at 79,998.

Will it break 83,562 or return to 81,034? 🟢/🔴
