Transactions are grouped into blocks. Each block contains the hash of the previous block, linking them together one by one into a chain.
To be honest, I hadn’t noticed this before: when it comes to investment products trading under the “blockchain” banner, first find out where the money is actually going. Having “blockchain” in the name doesn’t mean it’s trustworthy.
Bitcoin was the first blockchain system to operate at scale, and $BTC is the native coin of the Bitcoin network.
If you’re unfamiliar with a product, don’t put a large amount into it. Try it with a small amount first.
