The move from last night into this morning wasn’t a broad-based rebound; it was a split market. In the same overnight session, some stocks held at new highs, while others used the gainers list to sell off.

First, the ones holding their highs. ICNT surged again in the early hours and is now just 0.1% off its intraday high, with volume still coming in. This is a real push—buyers weren’t left stranded at the top.

The big caps are even more striking. $NEAR has clocked $1 billion in 24-hour trading volume and is just 1.7% off its high. Retail traders alone can’t generate that kind of volume—someone’s been accumulating gradually.

Among the small caps, $SIREN is the clearest example. It surged 45% in the early hours, and its gap from the high narrowed from 6% to 3%, with volume holding steady. Closing in on the high while volume stays strong—that’s an advance.

VVV is taking a breather but hasn't broken down, staying within 2% of its high all night. When it moves sideways like this, doing nothing is the best move.

Now look at the distribution group. AGT is up 1.1x—sounds impressive, but it's still 15% off its high. AKE is also more than 12% off its high. Spiking up, then getting slammed into a deep dip on massive volume—that's not an attack, it's distribution. Whoever buys in gets left holding the bag.

On the majors front, BTC is holding above 82,400, and ETH is at 2,460. If the majors aren't making a move, the altcoins will sort themselves out.

From the night of the 14th through today, it's been the same story for three mornings in a row: the ones truly pinned near the highs keep getting tighter, while the fake breakouts get dumped harder and harder.

So the strategy is simple: only touch the ones near their highs with strong volume. Let the ones that have plunged more than 15% bounce—don't buy them. Gains can be deceiving; price levels aren't. The gainers list is just a show for people chasing pumps.

I've put my whole position into the few trading near their highs and haven't touched a single one in the distribution group. If I'm wrong tomorrow morning, I'll come out and take the heat myself.
