#EthereumDropsBelow$2400 Ethereum just slipped below the $2,400 mark. The red candles might look alarming to retail, but as professional traders, we must detach from emotion and analyze the underlying market structure.

Here is my research on the current setup:

1️⃣ Liquidity Sweep: This drop below $2,400 looks like a classic liquidity hunt. We saw a rapid cascade of long liquidations, clearing out over-leveraged positions. The market is simply seeking the next major liquidity pool to facilitate larger institutional orders.

2️⃣ Macro Headwinds: ETH remains highly sensitive to broader risk-off sentiment and BTC’s price action. Until Bitcoin stabilizes and reclaims key macro resistance, ETH will continue to bleed beta and underperform the broader crypto index.

3️⃣ Technical Pivot: Losing $2,400 shifts the immediate short-term bias bearish. The next major structural support sits in the $2,150–$2,200 zone. A high-volume rejection there could signal a high-probability accumulation zone. Without it, we risk catching a falling knife.

My playbook right now? Pure patience. I’m not trying to catch the exact bottom. I’m waiting for a confirmed higher low on the 4H chart and a clear shift in market structure before adding spot exposure.
