$AGT The former hourly high is now below the current price, but the upward move has slowed. The 01:00 article worried about a pullback after the sharp spike. The next two hourly candles did not immediately fall back; instead, they both closed above 0.033989. That continuation deserves recognition. The latest hour’s trading volume also fell by more than 40%, which is worth examining on its own. I’m watching with a bullish bias, but still won’t chase the price higher.

First, let’s see whether the breakout holds. From 01:00 to 02:00, Binance AGTUSDT perpetual rose from 0.032528 to 0.035675, up about 9.67%, with a high of 0.037000 and a low of 0.031239. Trading volume was about 43.5177 million USDT, slightly above the 41.6378 million in the previous explosive hour. The price didn’t merely move above the 0.033989 mentioned in the 01:00 article; it also closed higher, showing that the initial sharp rally was indeed followed by further gains.

From 02:00 to 03:00, it then rose from 0.035640 to 0.036624, up about 2.76%. The high advanced to 0.037963, and the low also moved up to 0.034350. Both the low and the close continued to rise, and so far there has been no “new high followed by a slide all the way back into the previous range.” But volume fell to about 25.4386 million USDT, down roughly 41.54% from the previous hour, while the price gain slowed from about 9.67% to about 2.76%. Taken together, these changes show that the acceleration is easing.

A slowdown does not automatically mean a reversal. The nearly 47% gain in a single hour earlier was never a reasonable pace to expect from every candle. If the price can maintain higher lows on lower volume, that could also be a sign that volatility is being absorbed. The real warning sign would be if volume picks up again but the price cannot break above the high, or if repeated pushes higher leave only lower closes. That has not happened yet, so we shouldn’t declare the move over prematurely.

Compared with the 01:00 article, the main new fact is that two full hourly candles have now closed above the former high, and the latest close of 0.036624 is about 12.67% above the 0.032505 level at that time. So the first test of whether the breakout can hold has received some confirmation. Whether it can stay there remains to be seen; two rising hourly candles are not enough to call it a confirmed long-term trend.

The 00:00–04:00 four-hour candle is still in progress, with only three hours completed so far. The latest completed four-hour candle remains the one from the 15th, 20:00–24:00, which closed at 0.022004. The current price is much higher, but this move falls into a new window, so we can’t use an unfinished four-hour candle to declare the trend confirmed. The funding rate settled at 00:00 was still positive at 0.011990%. The dynamic rate observed at 03:02 was about positive 0.125495%, significantly higher, but it has not yet settled and is not guaranteed to remain at that level by settlement. It’s more accurate to distinguish the estimate from the cost already incurred than to vaguely say that “funding has surged.”

The project remains Alaya Governance Token, and this round has not turned up any new project announcement that could independently explain the price action. The anomalous segment in the historical holdings series also remains unresolved, so this article does not use the full series to infer net capital inflows or who is adding to their position.

Looking ahead, on the upside, watch whether the price can establish a new close near 0.037963. On the downside, first watch 0.034350, then the former high at 0.033989. If the rise slows but the lows continue to move higher, the move remains worth watching. If both levels are lost in succession, especially on rising volume without a recovery by the close, the current positive assessment of the continuation should be withdrawn. The ranking and percentage gain are already very high; what matters more from here is how much further volume can push the price.
