NAURA Technology announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, NAURA Microelectronics, plans to acquire for RMB 405 million in cash a 100% equity interest in Nuohe Jianwei, held by the related-party Equipment Phase II Fund. Nuohe Jianwei is principally engaged in the R&D, production, sales and servicing of hybrid bonding equipment. The acquisition aims to realize synergies and strengthen the company’s market competitiveness in hybrid bonding equipment and full-process equipment platforms for 3D integration.
