Tokenized fund liquidity provider Fission has raised $10 million in a Series A round led by Pantera Capital, with participation from Circle Ventures, Borderless Capital, and others. The deal closed in September; the valuation was not disclosed. Fission matches buyers and sellers of fund share transfers, reducing an exit process that previously took around 200 days to settlement in under 90 seconds. Its clients are primarily institutional investors and organizations holding on-chain assets.
