【HBAR is down 86%, and I’ve taken another look at this sector】

I had dinner last week with a friend who works in supply chain. He said their company is now receiving orders where the tender documents explicitly require blockchain traceability. The order value isn’t huge, but this is real demand—not some pie in the sky drawn up in a PowerPoint.

That made me take another look at HBAR—it’s down 13% over the past 7 days and is hovering around 0.0818.

Honestly, I don’t really care what the chart looks like. What I care about is this: after falling 86% from its high, does its business case still hold up at this price?

I looked into Hedera’s actual business progress. Supply chains, carbon credits, energy trading… these use cases are all up and running. But here’s the question: how much real demand have these use cases actually created for HBAR? The token is a tool, but when companies actually use it, do they need to hold large amounts? How much? I haven’t figured that out yet.

Back when I worked in e-commerce, I chased a lot of stocks based on “infrastructure” narratives. Later, I realized the ones that truly survived were those that solved concrete problems—not companies that just claimed to “empower” something. The same goes for blockchain.

HBAR is now stuck between 0.078716 and 0.086834. Put simply, it’s waiting for a clear direction. Sentiment is cooling (FNG 53), but trading volume is still there, which suggests some people haven’t given up.

My stance is to keep watching its progress in enterprise applications and see whether real business activity can generate enough demand for token consumption. If that can be verified, a valuation recovery is only a matter of time. If it can’t, then no matter how much further it falls, it’s just a number.

What about you—what are you watching?
