At the moment, the $80,000 level still looks like a support area that many people are watching. Some previous analyses also suggested that prices would most likely move sideways between $80,000 and $90,000 in the fourth quarter, with the area around $80,000–$82,000 potentially being a good accumulation zone. If upcoming CPI data doesn’t worsen further, tensions in the Middle East ease somewhat, and ETF outflows come to a halt, the price could rebound first to around $85,000–$87,000 to test resistance. But don’t expect new highs right away—the high for this year was around $96,000, reached sometime in September, and we’re still a considerable distance from last October’s peak of over $120,000. Market sentiment is clearly much more cautious.
