That trade call worked out pretty well, didn’t it, guys? If you followed along, your own account is the best judge of how this move felt. Cai’s Bitcoin spot trade also comfortably captured 1,100 points of movement: the levels were shared in advance, the reasoning explained beforehand, and then the market did its thing. Getting your share of the gains—that’s what feels good.
Bitcoin’s structure has actually become very clear in this move. After dropping from above 84000 on the four-hour chart, the previous sideways action at the highs was completely broken. A series of large bearish candles pushed the price down toward 80000. There have been some rebounds along the way, but each bounce has peaked lower than the last, showing that this isn’t ordinary choppy trading—the bears are steadily opening up more downside. There should be some support around 80000, since it’s near the previous low, but so far the four-hour chart hasn’t shown a genuinely strong candle signaling a bottom. So this looks more like a pause during the decline than a reversal, at least for now. The one-hour chart makes it even clearer: since falling from around 81900, the rebounds have grown weaker, and price has mostly been pushed down by bearish candles. It just dipped to 80091 and recovered a little, but the bounce was quite weak. That suggests there are buyers below, but selling pressure from above hasn’t eased either. If price rebounds to recover some ground, around 81000 is a likely resistance area. As long as it can’t reclaim the level it previously broke below, the bearish momentum remains intact, and it will probably test 80000 again. If that breaks, the downside could extend further.
