① Close: An intraday touch doesn’t count; it’s a genuine breakout only if the price closes above 0.11;
② Retest: Can it hold near 0.11 on a pullback? If so, the level has successfully flipped;
③ Volume: Did trading volume pick up during the breakout? Breakouts on declining volume are more likely to be false.
