A classic moment in crypto: buying the dip
$SKHYNIX $SPCX Quite a few people are buying the dip. In fact, it seems like most people in the Binance U.S. stocks space are buying the dip right now. Are they swing trading for a small bounce, or are they committed long-term bulls?
U.S. stocks are likely to fall again tonight. I don’t think this is the time to go long—we need another dip first. Unless some explosive good news breaks, such as Trump’s Republicans retaining control of Congress, which could trigger explosive growth. Only then would the U.S. stock market break out of its current downtrend and turn around to rally. Until then, it’ll be a downtrend of small rallies followed by big sell-offs.
Be cautious about going long, and manage your position size. It’s fine to take a small bounce—after all, after falling so much, a rebound is bound to happen. It’s not like one of those schemes that only goes down and never rises 😂
