Mentioned this last time: $SNDK

It has now pulled back to around 1330. This move was mainly driven by a broad pullback in tech stocks and expectations of increased future supply in the memory sector. On top of that, China’s ChangXin Memory Technologies announced a breakthrough in memory technology, which could have a significant impact on the future market landscape for the major memory players.

However, looking at the fundamentals, AI represents a fundamental industry transformation. It won’t be derailed entirely just because of short-term changes in supply and demand.

Between now and the end of the month, before the earnings report, SNDK may pull back further—for example, to 1160 or 1000. Once it stabilizes, rebounding to levels like 1500, 1800, or 2000 would also be a fairly common path.

As I’ve said all along: for global stock markets, watch tech; within tech, watch AI. No matter how much the news fluctuates in the short term, try not to trade against the trend.
