Honestly, I usually take a quick look at data like the long/short ratio. Right now, $BTC large-holder positions are 1.43 (long 58.8% / short 41.2%).
But I rarely place trades based on it alone; it’s more like a thermometer: it tells you whether things are hot right now, but it doesn’t tell you what to wear.
