#大盘走势 After last night’s CPI data came out, the entire market got hammered. Ethereum plunged straight through the 2,400 support level to 2,313, while Bitcoin is still holding around 80,000. So what should we expect next? Another leg down, or a rebound and recovery?

Don’t rush to a conclusion yet. Let’s wait for tonight’s U.S. stock market action and initial jobless claims data. The forecast is 200,000. If the figure comes in above 200,000, that would mean more people in the U.S. are out of work and the labor market is cooling, increasing the chances of rate cuts. That could weaken the dollar, and big institutional investors may be more inclined to put their money into crypto, where it’s less affected. The broader market could then use this data as a catalyst for a rebound.

On the other hand, if the figure comes in below expectations and rate-hike expectations gain momentum, the bulls will have a tough time.
$BTC could fall to 78,000, and $ETH could drop to around 2,250.

Mu’s advice is to wait and see. Let’s wait for tonight’s data before deciding which way the market is headed. Those who followed Mu’s short trades earlier have already made a decent amount, so there’s no need to rush. Just wait for Mu’s update.
