📢 Binance Stock Trading Platform U.S. Stock ADR Fee Notice: Fees Will Be Charged for Certain U.S. Stocks

Binance has announced that depositary banks will charge American Depositary Receipt (ADR) fees for certain U.S. stocks. The fees apply to multiple U.S. stock ADRs with record dates between 2026-08-31 and 2026-09-23 (ET).

📌 Scope:
• Per-share ADR fees in USDC: 0.02 USDC for most, with some at 0.01 USDC (such as HMY and RYAAY) and 0.004 USDC (such as BAYRY)
• The depositary banks involved include CITIBANK, BNY-MELLON, JPM-CHASE, and DEUTSCHE BANK
• Fees are generally charged to users within approximately one month after Binance receives the deductions from the depositary banks

📌 What users should know:
• Users who hold the relevant assets on the record date will still be charged ADR fees, even if they sell all their holdings afterward
• When fees become due, the corresponding amount will be automatically deducted from the account in USDC; any outstanding fees will be automatically deducted once the balance is sufficient
• If the account has insufficient funds, the system may temporarily freeze assets of equivalent value until the fees are successfully collected

⚠️ Impact and risks:
• This notice concerns only U.S. stock ADR fees on the stock trading platform; assets of equivalent value may be temporarily frozen if the account has insufficient funds
