Binance will update its Spot Market Maker Program starting October 19, 2026. During the limited-time bStocks promotion, market makers who reach the applicable bStocks tier can receive the corresponding market maker fee rebates, which apply to all trading pairs they trade.

• Promotion period: 2026-10-19 00:00 to 2026-11-15 23:59 (UTC)
• Weekly bStocks market maker trading volume share requirements: Tier 1: 0.05%, Tier 2: 0.10%, Tier 3: 0.50%, Tier 4: 1.00%; the requirements for Tiers 3 and 4 are updated to 0.50% and 1.00%, respectively
• bStocks market maker limit order (Maker) fee rebates: Tier 1: 0.0000%, Tier 2: -0.0040%, Tier 3: -0.0060%, Tier 4: -0.0080%
📌 What users need to know:
• First performance review week: 2026-10-19 00:00 to 2026-10-25 23:59 (UTC); first week the promotion tier takes effect: 2026-10-27 00:00 to 2026-11-02 23:59 (UTC)
• Users whose weekly market maker trading volume meets or exceeds the Tier 1 requirements of the Spot Market Maker Program will be automatically enrolled
• Users whose current 30-day market maker trading volume does not meet the Tier 1 requirements, but whose trading volume on Binance Spot has exceeded the equivalent of USD 20,000,000 in the past 30 days, may email mmprogram@binance.com or contact their account manager to apply for a four-week trial period

• This program is available only for Spot and Margin trading markets on Binance.com
• Accounts with unsatisfactory performance for three consecutive weeks will be removed from the program
