$RSR Funding rates have stayed deeply negative since 10/12, with the worst settlement at -1.96%. OKX is currently at -0.42%. Binance OI fell from $11.6M to $9M in two days—shorts are paying up as they exit. Price is around 0.002. I’m not chasing; I’ll wait for a pullback if funding stays deeply negative.
