The ACE strategy I shared earlier has already taken profit in the previous round. High-reward opportunities wait for no one, and the current chart structure for $LAB is quite clear. The daily, four-hour, and one-hour trends are all pointing down, with the moving averages exerting pressure at every level. In this kind of confluence, rebounds are often just corrective moves, not reversals. You might ask: with the one-hour RSI already oversold, can we still short?

Let’s look at it from another angle: being oversold only means the price has dropped sharply in the short term; it doesn’t mean the trend is about to reverse. A rebound toward the daily EMA50 would be a good level for bears to watch. Volume hasn’t picked up, and the rebound is weak, suggesting buyers can’t sustain it.

Personally, I’d wait for the rebound to lose steam and then look for the downtrend to continue. The key is whether the moving averages can keep the price under pressure. There’s still risk: oversold conditions can lead to sharp wicks, so timing matters more than direction.
