StandX has decided not to issue a token. AG said the project will wind down in an orderly manner, using its remaining funds and personal money to supplement the DUSD airdrop.

StandX did not receive outside venture capital. Its total value locked (TVL) once reached $200 million, but the project fell short of its goal of becoming one of the top three perpetual decentralized exchanges (DEXs).

AG believes that if a project cannot create long-term value, seeking profit solely by issuing a token and generating short-term hype shifts the costs onto users and the community. He affirmed that users’ funds remain safe and that DUSD is fully backed by collateral.
