📢 To Binance leadership: Don’t ignore the voices of those affected by the Red Packet issue!

To Binance leadership and the support team responsible,
We are writing today to express our dissatisfaction with a problem we have encountered with the Red Packet service. Some users are shown a message saying that their accounts do not meet the requirements to receive gifts, even though they want to use this feature and participate.
We chose Binance because we trust its platform, and we expect a fair and transparent experience where users can understand their rights and any restrictions applied to their accounts.
However, when users find that they cannot use a particular feature and receive neither an adequate explanation nor a clear solution, it is natural for them to ask themselves:
What is the actual reason for this restriction?
What criteria are used to determine which accounts are eligible and which are not?
Is there a clear process for reviewing affected cases?
Why aren’t users given a specific explanation and clear steps to resolve the problem?
We are not asking for special privileges, nor do we want to violate the platform’s rules. We are asking for transparency and fairness, the right to know the reason for the problem, and the right to have our cases reviewed impartially.
We understand that Binance has security systems and measures to prevent abuse, and we respect the importance of protecting the platform and its users. At the same time, we believe that any restrictive measure should be as clear as possible, and that affected users should have an appropriate way to appeal and request a review of their case.
