Looking at the daily chart,
Bitcoin is currently at 80,600.
The first support below is 80,000.
For now, Bitcoin looks like it needs to retest the trendline.
Although it has fallen,
the drop hasn’t been big enough.
Based on Fibonacci levels,
it usually retraces to the 0.618 or 0.5 level,
which is around 73,000.
So
it still has further to fall.
In a downtrend,
go short, not long.
But Bitcoin itself is relatively strong.
Institutional investors recognize its value.
Other coins are seeing net outflows,
while Bitcoin is still seeing net inflows.
So the most likely scenario is a wide trading range,
but the overall trend is still downward.
If it retests the 0.5 or 0.618 level,
it could reach at least 2.618 in the future,
