Binance stated that ADR fees are typically charged about one month after Binance is charged by the depositary. Users who held the asset on the record date will still be charged the ADR fee even if they later sold the position. When the fee becomes payable, the amount will be automatically deducted in USDC from the user’s account. If there is not enough balance, any outstanding fee will be deducted automatically once sufficient funds are available. In cases of insufficient funds, an equivalent value of assets may be temporarily frozen until payment is collected.
