I tend to assess project news on three levels:
1) Substance: Is this real progress, or just a plan?
2) Token supply: Will there be any additional unlocks? Will the circulating supply increase?
3) Data: Have active addresses improved since then?
$BTC : latest price 81330.01, 24h -2.53%. This news is somewhat positive, but it’s rare for all three criteria to be met.
News with specific figures carries far more weight than vague statements.
