One short getting liquidated at this level and the market still falling over the day can both be true. A single conspicuous liquidation only shows that short leverage was flushed out here; it doesn’t mean the trend has already reversed. Next, watch whether the price moves away from 101.97 and whether more shorts get liquidated.
