Newly minted tokens don’t necessarily mean someone bought them. Sometimes the issuer is stocking up in advance; other times, they’ve been moved over from another chain. The burn figures on-chain look large, but compared with the overall total, they’re not that significant. I’m keeping an eye on $BTC .
