Where is the money going?
“Data: If BTC breaks above $85,737, the cumulative liquidation intensity of short positions on major CEXs will reach $2.293 billion.”
After seeing this, I only ask three questions related to money:
1. Which way are aggressive buys and sells leaning?
2. Is trading volume for $BTC ($1.539 billion over 24h) continuing to grow?
3. Are major holders making unusual withdrawals from trading platforms?
Only when all three point in the same direction can the news be said to have been validated by capital; otherwise, it’s probably just an emotional fluctuation.
The impact of a single piece of news is usually not as great as people imagine.
This may not be right, so don’t take it as advice.
