Just wanted to share a thought. I came across “某交易所期权日报:BTC 持仓名义 321.45 亿美元、DVOL 39.0,ETH 持仓名义 35.80 亿…”, and it reminded me of when I first got into crypto.
Back then, whenever I saw a news headline, I’d rush to make a trade. More than once, I bought near the top and sold close to the bottom.
These days, my routine is to read the full story first, then see how the market reacts, and only then decide whether to act. I’m doing the same this time: $BTC .
In the end, what I fear most isn’t getting the direction wrong—it’s letting a news story push me into changing my position.
Have any of you had similar experiences?
