10.15 Morning Gold Market Analysis | Luo Yi’s Trading Plan

Following last night’s CPI data shock, gold prices plunged sharply, reaching a low near 4073. Buying support then came in, triggering a recovery rebound. The current price this morning is 4108.
The chart shows that after the sharp drop, prices did not make a new low. The 15-minute candles have closed higher for several consecutive periods, indicating a sentiment-driven recovery after the rapid sell-off.
But be clear: this is only a rebound, not a trend reversal. The 4155 level above is where last night’s plunge began and is a key resistance zone. If prices rebound to this area, renewed selling pressure from bears may emerge.
For short-term support, watch 4102 first. If prices pull back and hold this level, the rebound may continue. If they break below 4073 again, it would signal that this recovery has ended and the downtrend may resume.

Trading plan:
Don’t chase prices higher. If the rebound encounters resistance in the 4145–4155 range, consider selling short, with a stop above 4160 and targets at 4110 and 4085;
For a long position, wait for a pullback to the 4102–4090 range and enter only if prices stabilize, with a stop below 4084 and targets at 4130 and 4150.
The aftershocks of the news are still being felt, so market volatility is likely to remain high. Always use a stop on every trade, and keep position sizes small.$XAUT #美国以太坊ETF连续10日净流出
